Brief: The Zendesk product is constantly evolving. In 2021, we needed to update our product demo video series to reflect new features and functionality. There were seven videos to update and we completed storyboarding, design, and animation in roughly three months. Check out the final product here!
Outcome: In order to complete the project in the short timeline and maintain consistency throughout the series, we created a flexible design system of typography, color, illustration, and animation transitions. For these instructional videos, the product is the star of the show – and the art direction allowed us to show it off in a clear and concise way.
My role: As the lead designer on the project, I was responsible for creating the design system, color stories, product screens, title slides, and overall look development.
